Sedna

Through the body, into presence.

Sedna Presence is a practice space designed to guide you to return to your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the being beneath conditioning.

An embodied path rooted in movement, breath, and awareness.

A journey shaped by inquiry, discipline, and lived experience.

Awareness comes before technique; Technique then refines what Awareness reveals

The Practice Approach

These principles form a natural progression—from grounding the body to refining awareness. Each builds upon the other, guiding you from structure to subtlety, from movement to stillness.

Every session draws from these principles and adapts to what your body needs in the moment.

Alignment & Balance

Learning to sit, stand, and move with minimal effort. We address chronic tension and compensation so the body organizes around balance, breath, and structural ease.

Spinal Strength & Core Integration

The practice strengthens the spine and builds awareness along its full length. Movement originates from the center – navel, diaphragm, pelvic floor – so the spine is supported, resilient, and responsive rather than rigid or collapsed.

Conscious Relaxation

Deep rest allows integration. The nervous system resets, the spine settles, and the body absorbs what it has learned.

Breath & Regulation

Breath reflects the nervous system. We restore natural rhythm before introducing technique. Regulation comes first; pranayama follows as a response, not a force.

Somatic Awareness

The body holds memory and pattern. Through sensing rather than forcing, awareness brings unconscious holding into view. Release follows understanding, not effort.

Coherence through symmetry

We work with left/right, front/back, upper/lower imbalances, orienting the system toward symmetry, coherence, and ease.
